One thing I've been wondering is whether there's a difference in quality between lithographs that are higher in number and those that are lower. In other words, is #1 going to be better (in terms of the colors and details) than #500?

No difference at all. Only difference is the cool factor of owning a lower number.

Oh, OK. In that case, I couldn't care less about the number.

Saw that too...in the grand scheme of things sure its nothing major and is unfortunately the way the world works, but just goes to show that some people are greedy scum bags.

Sucks one of the flippers over there got one. I can't complain too heavily, I went the ebay route to get a few of the lithos I missed the original sale of though. One way or another, I plan to collect everyone, so yeah, the ebayers suck.. but at least its a way to get what I missed!

Yeah, but maybe you would've have got what you missed if these people weren't buying with the intention to boost the price up and make a substantial profit.

Bottom line is I understand that people may end up selling their Lithographs, that's fine. But the person in question has intentionally purchased one of the last batch to rip off some other fan who missed out. It's awful...and not right. Whata sad is that potentially a real fan has missed out because this scum bags order was processed before theres and now will make a profit off of it.

In the case of a bunch of lithos, I simply wasn't aware. I came late to the litho party/bioware store's existence and they were long gone by then. That was my miss, so the punishment was, of course, the ebay rates.

I agree and I don't. End of the day, they're getting in the right hands, unfortunately (and where I agree) is there's a middleman who's marking them up outrageously. Unfortunately, the whole rule of supply/demand and the right of commerce, acquisition and sale of personal property is in their favor (and I agree with it. No one should stop me from buying something, and no one should tell me what I can/can't do with my property.) on this. It sucks they exploit it, but if there wasn't an audience willing to spend the money, they wouldn't sell at these inflated ebay rates.

Case in point: Korlus litho. Thing's selling horribly on eBay, I actually paid less on ebay for a minty Korlus ($35) than the usual $40 for lithos from that spate of releases. I paid $325 for Tali because, for me, the character portrayed and the quality of art justified the cost of acquisition. Same can be said for the $90 I paid to get Legion. Am I sore I missed the initial sale, for $40/$50 on some lithos? Of course! Is it stopping me from acquiring the lithos? Not at all, its the pros/cons of right of sale/value of sale that allows me (even if for a nominal to substantial price more) to acquire what I want, even though the original channel of sale is now gone.

For the record ________ I'm not having a go at you at all, heck like you I ended up buying my Tali from eBay, although I did make sure the seller was a collector.

Still this seller made me laugh, it's a shame they're a user here...but that was to be expected. It's funny that they're too cowardly to argue their point here though. They know what theyre doing is morally wrong. Bloody typical. These people are cowardly, slimy and greedy...a leach on society and humanity.

What's even funnier is my friend who hates these kind of people more than me said he will obtain this sellers address and send them something nasty in the post. While I don't agree with his methods, he sure knows how to give these lowlifes what they deserve. To be fair I shouldn't have mentioned it to him, but after I mentioned that they edited the listing with fake reviews from members here, he said he's had enough. Hmm, I guess the seller should watch who they end up selling items too...lol.

Anyway, did anyone else receive their Lithos? ______, Hyrule Gal? Have you received yours yet? It'll be interesting to find out what other numbers were issued.

Oh, well feel free to buy from me too, because I'm a collector. I'll cut you a deal even. ;)

Yeah, well you do what you want as karma will catch up with you...it's a shame somebody would happily act in such a way, throw out community spirit just to make a quick buck. Pathetic really.

Anyway, it seems you've already isolated yourself in the community, so there's little else for me to add. There will be a time when you will need some help and the community will laugh in your face.

First off, your links are dead. Second, misrepresenting ebay feedback is a serious violation and could get your account suspended. Not to mention being fraudulent.

Yeah, go ahead and report that auction, let's take that theory of yours for a spin! ^_^
The worst that could happen is that I relist. :kissing:

Links are in fact dead, I get 403 forbidden. You've probably set them to private.

It is funny though how you think I'm going after you. I really don't care, I'm rather heartless myself (better no heart than no brain), but you're sloppy. I've seen worse trolls and I've seen better, but implying that you have feedback that you do not in fact have in your ebay listing crosses from trolling to fraud.

My only qualm with you over time has been that you're probably the least effective troll i've stumbled across around the webbernets. Reading your stuff, it's too easy to ignore you and not get riled up to respond. That's bad form; work on your trolling.

I did! I posted my photos of the litho I got (34/500) on page 3 of this thread I believe. I tossed a shot in there with the unsigned 18x24 for everyone's easy size comparison and format difference comparison, too!

Also, I'm getting way behind on my framing. This is getting rediculous:
