I'm having a major problem getting the Epilogue Slides to show after the archdemon fight.

I was using a ton of mods to play through the story, however I've both disabled all mods except the official DLC and  moved everything out of the override folder, then replayed from before loading the rooftop. Still no epilogue slides.

In other news, a blank spot with Anora's voice appears to be Ferelden's queen, despite her being in the tower and Alistair living.  <_<

Some mods alter the plot flags and such in the save game itself and so can have serious impacts even after they are uninstalled. Without an actual list of the mods used, that is about all anyone is going to be able to tell you. There is a read first thread pinned to the top of this forum with posting guidelines.

I'm having this exact same problem, and also not getting the conversations before the final fight. I *think* it might have something to do with Companion Compatibility Core (needed as part of the Ser Gimore mod which I tried out for this playthrough), since all the other mods I installed were purely cosmetic changes. Unfortunately I think I'd have to go back to a pre-Lothering save to confirm, which is *not* happening 50 hours later

FYI, the other mods I've installed since my last playthrough where I saw the epilogues are Dexterity Light Armor, Stamina Potion recpie mod and my own custom-made armor mod.

There is no real fix if uninstalling the mod does not resolve the issue beyond going back to a pre-mod save and re-playing to the end. That is the danger of major game-changing mods, as enjoyable as some may be.
