Considering what some of the companion's alternate outfits look like(i.e. samara), I think the dominatrix costume set has been filled...Some raunchy outfits for Femshep. An N7 rubber latex dress.......And a whip!

Removal of Origin. does that count? ...and some kind of protection to prevent re-infection from that insidious piece of software/spyware.

Having said that, my magic wand would be something completely unrealistic - total overhaul on the graphics engine. It will never happen, but that's what I'd ask for.

I have no freaking Idea why the fraking people who want to play on a freaking "gamepad" can't play the freaking game on the freaking platforms that are DESIGNED FOR IT, why do they feel the need to put a freaking gamepad into a PC game, when there's a freaking Xbox and freeaking PS3 version FOR THAT FREAKING PURPOSE.

Gamepad = $20 addition to an already existing hardware setup.
XBox = $200+ completely new hardware set up which takes up space, and requires a TV the person may not have.
Add to that the fact that, even of they are the same price at release, PC games generally fall in price faster than console games. I paid less for Mass Effect that I did for some of the ME2 DLC's. $4.99 on steam. I was in gamestop a week later. A used copy of ME was still going for $35 bucks. PC's also have better graphics, don't RRoD, support game mods, etc. Lots of reasons to prefer the PC as a gaming platform, even if you like the gamepads.
