Considering that this claim goes against a crap load of reasons why you like Morinth this is actually wrong. Its quite possible that Morinth won't kill Shepard due to her wanting to meld with shep and keeping a promise. Morinth can easily change her mind. Zaeed after you do him a favor and after he is paid is only loyal to shepard until the Suicide Mission. After wards everyone on that ship is more loyal than Morinth and Zaeed. Grunt is possibly the most loyal squadmate to be honest.

After the mission I don't expect enything from Zaeed or Morinth. Though I can always ask them for help again and I can offer Morinth my help in her problems.

No I think she is. The fact that she is free to live doesn't mean that she will. I think she will want to stick around some more.

Say like everyone else on the ship? Morinth's only possible reasons to work with shepard is because she keeps her promises and she wants to meld with one of the most powerful people in the galaxy. Zaeed is far more loyal than her because he is a mercenary at heart. Hell he is like Tex in the way he will fight and or follow anyone for money. Morinth has no real desire to stay with shep other than the chance that she keeps promises and she really wants to meld with Shepard. Morinth could easily change her mind.

Liara is soo loyal because she's off on her own mission throughout ME2 - yes that makes sense.
The flotilla will always come first with Tali - did you miss that
Garrus is the least loyal, he's with shepard because he lives vicariously through the rogue experiences.
Ashley(Kaiden for me :-)) didn't even give you the time of day when you met after 2years..how loyal is that?!

Because she is a bold and risky person. She is basically saying: Let's try this, if we succed we will both have enourmous pleasure, if we don't we both die. And it is up to you to say yes or no.

She went on a mission to retrieve Shepard's dead body. Now she is also attempting to take down a person who has not only tried to sell Shepard's body to the Collectors but also torture her friend who helped Shepard.  Liara is very loyal.

That is a lie. Garrus hates injustice and loves to fight it. When Shepard saved his life he is willing to work with Shepard without even questioning Shepard working with Cerberus.
