Yes but technically it doesn't matter. If Morinth really wanted to not kill Shepard after the SM then she wouldn't have went along with the Meld. You said it was a gamble earlier.  If its such a gamble and since she really doesn't want to kill Shepard then why even take the chance?

Because she is a bold and risky person. She is basically saying: Let's try this, if we succed we will both have enourmous pleasure, if we don't we both die. And it is up to you to say yes or no.

Lunatic: Someone who keeps trying the same thing over and over again and keeps expecting different results.

People are lunatics by nature then. They do many things over and over until they fail bad or it finally works.

But then its stupid. If Morinth actually doesn't want Shepard dead she wouldn't meld with him. That is like saying that I will Shoot you in the head with a Anti Material rifle because it will likely not kill you. I just like the rush from taking a gamble like this.

Morinth by your definition is insane. If she doesn't want to kill shepard but instead says I'm going to meld with you because even though it killed every single person I've melded with I'm still going to see if it works on you. Then Morinth is insane.

Sane people don't keep shooting people in the head expecting for someone to survive.

Liara is soo loyal because she's off on her own mission throughout ME2 - yes that makes sense.
The flotilla will always come first with Tali - did you miss that
Garrus is the least loyal, he's with shepard because he lives vicariously through the rogue experiences.
Ashley(Kaiden for me :-)) didn't even give you the time of day when you met after 2years..how loyal is that?!
NEXT

Liara is not loyal to you because she's busy? Wrong. The Garrus example just makes no sense. Ashley/Kaidan isn't loyal because they have an obligation to stay with the Alliance? Wrong. Try harder.

She takes risks! That is ok. I take risks in my life too, just not that particular one, because it just seems that much intense at the moment. There is still nothing wrong with that.

She went on a mission to retrieve Shepard's dead body. Now she is also attempting to take down a person who has not only tried to sell Shepard's body to the Collectors but also torture her friend who helped Shepard.  Liara is very loyal.

The flotilla will always come first with Tali - did you miss that

To some Shepard's humanity comes first. Whats your point?

Garrus is the least loyal, he's with shepard because he lives vicariously through the rogue experiences.

That is a lie. Garrus hates injustice and loves to fight it. When Shepard saved his life he is willing to work with Shepard without even questioning Shepard working with Cerberus.

What you just said either means you haven't played the games or you are lying to attempt to prove your point.

Ashley(Kaiden for me :-)) didn't even give you the time of day when you met after 2years..how loyal is that?!
NEXT

They are Alliance soldiers first Shepard's team second.

If they Alliance soldiers first that proves where their loyalty lies...with the Alliance
Of course Garrus hates injustice and loves to fight (why he doesn't question shep about working with cerbrus)
that has nothing to do with his loyalty.

They are all loyal, I like my squadmates, that is not the point. The point is Morinth is MORE loyal, because she doesn't have things that ****** her off during missions.

Garrus hates injustice but his love for a fight? He isn't a Krogan. He actually tells Shepard why he doesn't question him. Its because he trust Shepard more than himself after what happened to his team.

Did you even play the game?

The only reason you could claim that she is more loyal before the SM is because she wants to do an act that will kill shepard afterwards.

Your not getting it yet. If Morinth didn't want to kill Shepard then why take that risk? Either she is a lunatic or she knows Shepard will die.

He is the ONLY person in her experience that didn't get mindcontrolled by her. It means something. If he would survive, she would meld with him as much as she wants and receive endless pleasure giving the pleasure to Shepard. It would be awesome.

Garrus has never questioned Shepard's intentions. How's that for loyalty?

Well for starts the same as Morinth. For finish, you can ****** Garrus off with your actions, but you can't ****** off Morinth.

I'm insultedImage IPB of course i've played the game. I think too many times by the looks of it.
I love Garrus his got personality, but i've always been two-minded about his loyalty.

when i say he lives vicariously through shep..it comes from ME1 where he goes on and on about how he hated c-sec because of all the 'red-tape' he likes being with shep  because he feels shep is more inclined to get the job done no-matter what..

Actually that is likely untrue. If she could mind control Samara she would have already done it.

You are now attempting to avoid the risk part. If we go by your assumption Morinth didn't want to kill Shepard then she wouldn't take the risk. Plus her reaction to shepard resisting her implied that it wasn't the first time.

Even in ME1 he basically wants to fight INJUSTICE without restrictions.  He hates c-sec because it stops him from fighting injustice the way he wants. Garrus joins Shep because Saren is a traitor to the council and a disgrace to his people. He says exactly that in the game.

Morinth never tries that either. She tries something else, in hopes that Shepard will survive.

My post is sarcastic. lol

It was not directed at you.

What I meant is that it's how it starts with this person:

First: You didn't pay attention
Second: you are trollin
Third: If you don't agree you are a monster.

Are we going off topic? I thought this thread was for the morinth fans..
You said that Garrus joins shep because he is a Saren is a traitor - and because he wants to be free of c-secs redtape and restrictions - those are his own agendas.

Those are the main reasons why joined and you actually brought up the whose more loyal debate. You also attempted to bring up Me1 Garrus reasons for joining shepard which was basically a lie. In ME2 he joined Shepard because his team was dead and they needed to fight the Collectors. He also trusted Shepard more than he did himself.

Also by using your reasoning you can say Morinth joined Shepard for her own reasons. Morinth offered to join shepard so he could kill Samara and she wouldn't die.
