So execute her after the Reapers are taken care of?

Sounds good.

Actually that's too easy.

How about life without the possibility of parole for multiple counts of first degree mindrapemurder?

Only if she doesn't stop murdering people when her life will not be threatened anymore. I will do everything that is in my power to make her and other AY life better. Reveal AY to the global community, destroy seclusions, stop the justicars. The galactic community will listen to commander f*cking shepard! lol
Now when all of that is done and she still kills people, I am going to call her ungrateful and execute her, as well as any other AY that can't deal with freedom like a normal person that needs to be celebate.

Edit: No punishment yet. Stopping the reapers will be enough to forgive the PAST murders.

So how about life imprisonment for her and a greater galactic awareness of the AY situation.

The problem gets revealed to all (which will make people demand a solution) and she gets put in a situation where it is 100% certain that she can't hurt anyone.

No no no! lol

She killed people BECAUSE she was sent to a ''prison'' in the first place. And now you want to send her to prison? She proved that it doesn't work!

I am going to provide a solution. If the galactic community wants Morinth in prison the galactic community will have to put the savior of the galaxy in a prison too.

Shall we judge her actions by the views of a society other than the Asari?

Because I'm fairly certain that no thinking judge and jury would do anything but convict her for her many crimes.

You don't think the asari ever tried the "live and let live" solution do you?

Morinth's happiness is not worth more than the all those she's killed.

As I said Morinth is under my wing. If the want to judge her, they would have to sentence Shepard to the same punishment.

I don't know what asari tried and what they haven't tried ,but I know what is the right way, even if it is not always the safest one.

What do you say to the families of those who are killed because of your system?

Do you even care?

Yes I do care.

1) It shouldn't happen. There must be a way to keep an eye on AY.

2)  I would say the same as what is said when any murder happens: I'm sorry, and the killer is going to be punished.

And yet all of Morinth's murders are okay...

You don't see any...ethical complications with that?...

I see that is a fracking complicated situation. I care for the victims but I don't want to punish a victim for the victims.

Morinth's killing are not okay, and I don't want her to kill anymore. And she shouldn't kill anymore, because I am removing all the reasons for her to kill starting with Samara. I will however have to deal with her, if she won't cooperate and doesn't start to treat people right.

Is her happiness worth more than the lives of others to you?

It was still morally repugnant though yes?

By that logic no murderer should ever be punished because their victims are dead but they are not.
Do you see the problem with that?

I wouldn't have done what she did, but it is understandable. What's done is done. Let her save the bilion lives by helping to stop the reapers, let her make a right.

It's not understandable.

How many people do you think are living in the ME galaxy?

100's of billions?

Trillions?

It would be laughably easy for her to get lost in that crowd without hurting anyone.

But we don't know her plans. I can't be sure 100%, but from what I got so far she didn't want to just lay low, she wanted to fight back in time. Her comments in her appartment especially pointed to that for me.

But by killing she's proving the Asari right.

No one will sympathize with her over her victims.*

The galaxy would recoil in horror from what she did and demand the Asari eliminate this threat.

*Well except for you of course and I know that wouldn't be the majority opinion*

She proves asari right? It's just like the inqusition in the middle ages:

''Throw the woman of the tower to see if she's a witch! What? she survived? Only a witch could survive that, burn her!''

''Put the AY into seclusion, so they can't kill people! What? She ran away? AY would only run away to kill people, hunt her!''

How hard is it to keep track of AY in a modern society? Humans even keeps track of all of their biotics.

What does she do when she escapes D.Kain?

What does she keep doing for centuries?

My opinion?

She mindrapes people to gather power to fight the justicars, or whoever it is keeping AY in seclusion. I'm not completely positive on ends justifying the means, but it is what it is, the people are not coming back, and the primary goal is completely approvable.

Also we don't know what kinds of people she mindraped duting those years. Many things suggest that she found not the best and innocent people.

It doesn't matter.
What she did is completely inexcusable.
Mindrape is never ever ever the right thing to do.

She could have been "heroic" by simply staying hidden and not mindrapeing people.

Then she'd be an example of someone who was given a bad hand and didn't let it own them.

Instead she embraced the killer they all said she would be.
