Get out of the "Country" as fast as possible.
Spend a few years (at least a half-century for them) mostly alone to make sure I can control myself slowly start travelling in more populated areas.

Spend the next century and a half working hard and building up some kind of financial base.

Use that to spread my message and my plight through third party channels.

Be a "model citizen" thereby proving that just because they think I'll be a monster doesn't mean that I will be.

Eventually befriend Shepard and help save the galaxy and be remembered as a shining example of what someone can do in extreme circumstances.

I would never mindrape to get ahead.

As a disproportionately wealthy species, asari employ their economic reach and media ownership to hide the AY pathology from the galactic community, placing most Ardat-Yakshi in monitored work programs or seclusion. Only the most aggressive cases are sentenced to sanitaria and prisons or to the execution lists of justicars.

So you would try to be enough of a succesful business man to counter the asari economy, to make everybody believe that you are not talking fairy tales. And you think that with things like that you wouldn't get attention from the asari, being an asari yourself, and that Justicars wouldn't just show up at your door and kill you, because they would take you for a murderer for just running.

And you also would have none of your dominate abileties because you haven't mated and became strong enough to use those.

And how would you befriend Shepard mind I ask?

I said third party for a reason.
I wouldn't need to dominate anyone because I'd
1 stay the hell away from Asari space,
2 not commit any crimes that would require some kind of domination.
3 I never said it was an extremely workable plan, simply that it is what I would do in her position.

She had plenty of options-many of them did not involve killing.

Stop kidding yourself. The basic goal of all life is a continued existence, whether intelligent or unintelligent. We live to reproduce. Morinth's "Genetic Destiny" line is BS.

Ok, you can say whatever you like about Morinth as a fictional character. Just don't tell me what to live for. Reproduction is the last purpose of life on my list.

I'm speaking about a species in general, which is what Morinth was referring to, the Asari species as a whole. Like I said, her line is BS, desperate BS.

Sure, fair enough. She just did what she saw as more affiecent. You probably think that Anders did the wrong thing too?

I didn't buy anything. I just don't know what it meant. It was a stupid idea NOT to include a: Hey Morinth what did you mean by that phrase back there? On the diologue wheel.

Not really. Figuring it out was common sense.

Why not blow up Meredith's office when she's in it?
Or simply the Templar part of the Gallows?

Then he'd be sure to kill the source of all the Mages suffering.

But instead he blows up the Chantry in a medieval esqu society and everything goes to sh*t.

I agree with mage freedom but always kill him for his crime.

Isn't the chantry the reason why the templar order exists in the first place? Chantry is a symbol. I also think that a bomb would be noticed in a military baracks.

It would kill Meredith leaving Hawke as the most powerful person in the city.
With Meredith out of the way Hawke would become Viscount and the Templar hold on Kirkwall would have been somewhat weakened.

Oh to overthrow Meredith Hawke shouldn't have stopped the united mage/templar rebelion. It's a different thing.

It would seem silly for me to debate with people on my freedom if I was a mage:

''Well you see, I am a human too, all humans must be free, I am just a little different from you.'' Is that what a mage is supposed to say everytime he is locked behind a big door?

A fireball to the face of anyone who thinks he/she can lock people up is what seem more rational in that situation. No explonation required.

@ jreezy,

Thanks SOMEONE got what I meant. Just because D. Kain refuses to accept it doesn't mean that the rest of us don't understand.

@ Grand Admiral Cheesecake,

I have had the same conversation with D.Kain, nearly verbatim, many very stupid, long and hopeless pages back. Run while you still can. D.Kain must be a troll. I have very, very little faith in the human race and I still can't believe that D.Kain is this... unreasonable.

Oh look it's the ''you are a troll'' comment again. You forgot to say that I am stupid and delusional, oh and mentally ill.

I never called you stupid or mentally ill.

I said you were afflicted with selective memory and that you were delusional, disturbed, and determined to disobey all callings of reason. All evidenced by your many, many posts on the "Punished for Trusting the Monster" thread.

Huge difference.

What selective memory? I watched the whole mission and all Morinth's conversations atleast 15 times more times while we where talking about her.

All my life I have been the reasonable person. There was either not enough evidance or it was interpreted differently.
And there where things that we just don't agree upon - like secluding AY in the first place.

I love Morinth, but of cause I have to suspend my real-life morality to completely like her.
I would never try to justify her actions. She is a killer and she loves it.
But within fiction I can love her as a character, I have played enough evil characters myself and loved it.
I am looking forward to seeing more of her and not just her disguised as Samara.
What I love most about her is her hedonistic approach to art and people, something I do somewhat share, the interests in minds that are creative and think outside the box and the enjoyment of art, without talking it to death with a purely intellectual approach.
