I find it stupid that if Shepard can't resist Morinth's advances and takes the "can't... think..." option in dialogue, he saves... Samara? The whole point about Morinth and what she is is that she brainwashes people, even on the battlefield. They should have made that happen in the mission too, have Shepard accidently kill Samara. And, lacking sufficient persuation, Morinth is non-recruitable at that point as well. Of course, nobody would like it since it would involve killing Samara who everyone favors anyway. But in it's context though, it made no sense.

Agreed. It's almost like being able to resist Morinth's advances puts Shepard into a clairvoyant mental state where he/she is able to realize that Morinth is just as viable a choice as Samara, because, after all, a seduced Shepard does default automatically to Samara...

It's not really strange. A Shepard able to resist her advances might entertain the notion that Morinth can be used. A Shepard who can't, knows Morinth can do the same thing again.

I really think it's a pity we couldn't explore the space vampire concept more.

DLC for ME3... Morinth's Vengance. If you let her live, she goes rogue like nassana but instead of a hi-rise building, her lair is a nightclub. And all her body guards are Ardash-Yackeshies!!

Found this. It's worth reading. I agree on many points, like that navigating the nightclub conversation with Morinth would've benefited from being designed as more of a minefield, that it was natural to assume her recruitment would lead to some crazy, violent incident with the crew, and that taking her over Samara makes for a more interesting game.

As Morinth once said: "this is going to be fun."

It's what I'm hoping for, anyway. Sometimes you just get sick of nice. I heard a disheartening rumour about her treatment in ME3, though.

Those would be my allies in ME3 then? I'd help Morinth with her Vegance.

 Has anyone heard if morinth actually get to comeback in ME3
or is she going to be over look?

I know  she is not the
most popular character (probably the most hated ) I hope they don’t forget
about her. she has promise to be one of their best characters. I would love to
hear her banter with other squad mate, especially between her and liara. Hopefully
they don’t just recycle samara again.

Yes. It was said a lot of times. EVERY squadmate from ME1-2 get's a comeback in one way or another. 

Morinth will be a temporary squadmate at one point as will Samara.

Oh, really? I knew every character was returning in some capacity, but I didn't know Morinth got to be on the squad again.

Bioware never said it, but: 

1) Why would Samara get to be a squadmate and Morinth wouldn't?

2) Mission in which Samara is involved perfectly fits Morinth too. 

Some knowledge of the mission itself is from the leak. So yeah.

That would just mean that Samara can be a husk too. Cuz I'm sure they have the same role, just different opinion.

Morinth probably appears as a banshee if you fail Samara's loyalty mission. I'm guessing she's a temporary squadmate if you killed Samara for her.

Ok Morinth fans, we are ****ed. Morinth DOES return as a banshee husk, and that is her only cameo. So we get to see her corpse and shoot it. GG Bioware, GG.
