In the battles and cutscenes of Demands of the Qun in act 2 Meredith is always seen without her longsword, even though her animations suggest that she's using one. There're only one or two occurrences where her longsword is visible.

At the start of act 3 the quest Who Needs Rescuing? is acquired even before having read the letter at Hawke's estate. This quest should appear in the journal after reading the letter, not at the start of last act.

In act 3 Aveline is seen briefly out off her guard-captain uniform during a cutscene with Sebastian at the chantry while following his Questioning Beliefs quest. I'm not sure if this qualifies a bug, but it's rather out of the ordinary to suddenly see her donning those old clothes.

In act 3 Isabela is still standing outside of Fenris' room after their talk during Fenris' Questioning Beliefs quest. I assume she should have gone back to the Hanged Man instead, given that she wasn't in my party when I arrived.

The templars stationed at the viscount's keep in act 3 sometimes banter about things that don't fit their current location. For example: "Please do not converse with the mages." and "This is the home of Kirkwall's Circle of Magi. I have been stationed here since I was 15." Not to mention the other NPC's who're there to petition a meeting with (I suspect) the viscount.

kudos on the reports however no future patches are planned at this time.

I have 2 issues
One is my characters, or faces, or eq is invisible sometimes, can fix by restatring computer and game.
The other issue I have is when Varric goes into Bartrands abandoned looking mansion alone my game locks up.
I've tried restarting, and doesn't help...  It doesn't allways happen at the same exact spot, buy allways after Varric enters the fighting by himself.

Another (minor) issue with gallows dialogue - if Ser Karras was killed in Act of Mercy, Alain will still mention being "visited" by him, and threatened with being made tranquil if he tells anyone.

My DA 2 runs good except for one problem, it will not save my progress. i tried F5 key still no save. please help.
