Charge is the best Biotic power, imo.
What is your favorite weapon, tech power, and biotic power in mass effect?

Weapon: Tie M-98 Widow Anti-Material Rifle and Collector Particle Beam
Tech Power: Tie Tech Armor and Overload
Biotic Power: Tie Warp and Warp Ammo
That's why I play a sentinel and choose Warp ammo/Sniper rifle for my bonuses.

Mass Effect 1 Weapon(s): Spectre X Sniper / Pistol
Mass Effect 1 Biotic(s): Everything except Stasis
Mass Effect 1 Tech(s): Everything except A.I. Hacking
----------
Mass Effect 2 Weapon(s): M-98 Widow / Arc Projector / M-5 Phalanx / M-12 Locust
Mass Effect 2 Biotic(s): Shockwave / Charge / Throw
Mass Effect 2 Tech(s): A.I. Hacking / Combat Drone / Tactical Cloak / Overload / Incinerate
----------
Misc: In Mass Effect 2 I didn't enjoy Biotic's as much as I did in ME1 due to the lack of flexability in ME2. You always had to "strip" the enemy bare before you could use Biotic's, yet you could use tech whenever and it would still work. The worst thing about this is that in ME1 even though your A.I. team-mates are total sh*t you can solo it very easily; you could fling around a singularity whenever you needed it. In ME2 you need the A.I. to cooperate and help you make an opening - its harder to solo this game but you are forced to because your A.I. squad dies every five seconds.
I also found myself using "Tungsten Ammo" that "Archangel" gave you as a power as my main ammo choice. I would have someone else use Disrupter if possible, but if not no matter I had an SMG to take care of shields same with my Arc Projector. I never used "Cryo" anything and I hated that "Tech Armor" crap because it didn't do much. If I needed a boost to armor and I didn't use the Tungsten Ammo (which I would swap for Incendiary Ammo) then I'd choose Grunts power of Fortification.
And sorry I meant to say ""Armor Piercing Ammo"" not "Tungsten" though I think they are one in the same...
----------
I would use more powers in both ME1 and ME2 but the A.I. is just so terrible that you can barely function. Both games felt like the Arrival DLC where Shepard went it alone! I "90% of the time" had no fu*king choice but to abandon my squad because they kept dieing or they got stuck by a poor A.I. glitch. I hope ME3 fixes this bullsh*t....
[Edit] Since DICE is helping out I'm hoping some of the guns (if not all of them) get re-made and re-boosted to be a little more realistic and fun to use. I don't want varaity that doesn't mean sh*t and I want the ability to make this gun that I use more "personal" and not so "regulation" based...Strap on the scope, strap on the silencer, whatever you need to do to get the job done "your way". Long as its realistic and not some Call of Duty super bullsh*t I'm fine with it.

Biotic: Lift (ME1), Warp (ME2)
Nothing like suspending a Geth colossus in the air and hitting it with Carnage.
Also, warp bombs are the, uh, bomb.
Heck, ME2 on veteran is a fun package full of biotic explosions (Adept) and skulduggery (Vanguard).
Tech: Tech armor (ME2)
Didn't like any tech in ME1.
Combat: Carnage (ME1)
Weapon: Specter gear shotgun X (ME1), Widow (ME2)
Shotgun triggers in ME1 were win buttons. Haven't used the Mattock.

Ha.
ME1: HMWA X. Is there a situation where it doesn't work?
Tech: Sabotage
Biotic: Lift
ME2: Revenant. Get's an accuracy bonus if you yell "Ahhhhhhhhhhhh" like Rambo while firing.
Tech: Overload
Biotic: Warp
I don't need or want fancy powers or guns, just the ones that reliably get the job done.

Every time someone says "Krogan charging" I make sure to show him what a real charge looks like.
Mix in a little geth plasma shotgun in there and I'm happy.
I can't choose between Drone, Tech armor, and geth shielding for a favorate tech ability though.
hmm... If geth shielding didn't have a time limit I'd probably choose it.
Also Cryo ammo is great fun when charge is around.

Weapon: Tie between Eviscerator (aka Screaming Susan) and Mattock (aka Jimmy Long-legs)
Biotic: Charge (I make sound effects as I do this ... much to the dismay of my roommates)
Tech: Cryobolt (Freeze a Krogon, then Quad his plates)

All classes signature powers are awesome, so I'm not choosing from those....
Weapon, Claymore.
@ferris, Flashbang granades it's combat power, not tech. So that's my choice for combat power
Biotic, Pull.
Tech, Neural Shock.

Mattock assault rifle, that sucker packs a hell of a punch. I love it almost as much if not as much as Ash/Miranda! I sleep with it and and we watch sports together. I named her Phoenix and we have a very special relationship together.

You like cryo-blast? That was one of the least used skills for me. I couldn't find a decent use for it in the higher difficulties due to protections.Someone With Mass wrote...
Geth Plasma Shotgun, Cryo Blast and Charge.

Locust, Cloak, Charge.
The Locust carries my casters through the game until they get a better weapon. Kasumi's loyalty mission is usually one of my first stops after securing the Normandy.
Cloak is an absolute blast once you figure out it's about the positioning, not the damage boost. I doubt I'll ever choose Assassination Cloak again.
Charge speaks for itself.

Weapon: M-97 Viper (get ‘em in your crosshairs and then just keep hitting the trigger again and again, yeah!)
Biotic Power: Warp (warp-explosions are very satisfying)
Tech Power: Tactical Cloak (not the mightiest tech power but it’s a cool graphics effect and my infiltrator Shep just loves to vanish)
I am gonna add:
Ammo Power: Cryo Ammo (slow them, make them fall over in that ridiculous fashion, get the sniper rifle and shatter … good times, especially with charging Krogan)
