Biotic: Singularity, I just wish we had a land shark gun to go with it.
Tech: Hmm, dont really use em much, but I always max out tali's hack and drone, they are great.
Weapon: No question, Viper Sniper; (With my realistic damage mod) BOOM HEADSHOT, BOOM HEADSHOT, BOOM HEADSHOT!

ME1:
HMWSG X (With Frictionless Materials X, and Two Scram Rail X's, you never overheat, and kill everything in one shot.)
Sabotage (Make all my enemies armor, powers, and weapons useless? Yes please.)
Lift (Lift-lock, 'nuff said.)
ME2:
M-22 Eviscerator (Near Claymore damage with more ammo, and still has knockback unlike the Geth model.)
Tech Armor (I like shiney things.)
Charge (I also like being turned into a human torpedo.)

How are you putting three gun mods on one gun? HMWSG X has two gun and one ammo slots.

Eep, caught me didn't you? Typing too fast and thinking too little I suppose; one scram rail X, and the rest is history; a shotgun that never overheats, and destroys practically enything silly enough to stand in its way, even on Insanity. Though admittedly, ME1's "Insanity," wasn't all that scary.

ME2: M-15 Vindicator (w/ incendiary ammo) (idk why, but to me it's sooo much better than the mattock heavy rifle. It' really annoying to click the lmb each time to fire one round -.-")
