I bought DA2 the day it cam eout and started the process of gettin gmy free ME2 DL, even though I have it on the 360. What I want to knwo is where can I go and finish this and DL it to my computer. Thanks.

Go to EA's website, download the Origins package, enter in the product code you were sent in email with your DA2 purchase, and you can then download it from there.
If you are missing the code, or lost it, you will need to deal with EA support.
