Distant grass texture lighting looks like balls (see pic) trying to figure out whats causing it.
Thinking it may be my card GTX 460.. but idk any help is appreciated!

Have you changed anything in your system recently? Updated DirectX, windows update, display driver update, anything like that? If so, you may be able to use system restore (vista and win7, only I think. I don't know if XP has that) and restore to a point before you made the change to see if that fixes it.
I recently noticed some odd graphical problems. Not grass, but the grease spell looks very strange. I am wondering if a recent windows update tweaked something.
What OS are you using? Have you had normal grass before?

I have not changed anything on my computer that I know of, and I can't remember if the grass looked like crap before or not. And I have the newest drivers. I'm using win7
