Has anyone got advice for beating him? I'm completely stuck. I've been trying to summon a massive army of creatures to keep him at bay but the mages fireballs just decimate them. My party is level 7. Also, I've reached the point where I'm willing to give myself items with the console, if that helps.

First of all, it's probably not the mage that's doing all those fireballs, but Angelo. He has a number of arrows of detonation. Everyone needs fire resistance. Be sure to dispel Sarevok's haste, either with level 3 spell dispel magic or dispel magic arrows.
I find that if I send a single party member to the left, avoiding the image in the center with its traps, that often I can pull just Sarevok and Semaj. I usually use a mage (with haste potion active) to cast a dispel magic out of sight sent to the dais to pull just those two. IF the others come, make it a priority to kill Angelo. Once he's dead, then you can resummon some more monsters via spell or wand to keep Sarevok busy while you attack with him with ranged.
