Theres a basement door that says lock is too complex to pick so I need key and pickpocketing the owner has he has no gold or items despite being a shopkeeper lol.

Where do I get key?

Access is gained as part of the convo with Durga.  Certain classes automatically get offered the ward but others must pass a rather easy Persuade check to get it.
