 The Blood Pack Base  in the Strike  Abyssal system, won't show up when I try to find it on the planet. It shows up when  I go to the system, but the mission position indicator will not show up. Does anyone have a solution?

Have you scanned the planets?

I would suggest referring to the wiki to see if you've missed anything.
