People are not to be put into a jail for the crimes they have not commited period. I would never agree to live in seclusion myself.

Living in seclusion is safe for people like Morinth and the outside population. It isn't perfect but its the best that they can do. You are supporting mass murder for personal survival.  I'm glad you are open with your beliefs.
