My God. People are so easily manipulated into treating other people like crap and thinking that it is the right thing to do. I'm shoked. They feel so right, that when somebody want's to fix the issue and stop the cycle of injustice, it is considered insane and amoral.

Indeed, why do you want to treat hundreds of muder victims like they diserved to be killed?

I don't. But they were killed because of asari laws.

No.

They were killed by Morinth.  Full stop.

There is no "cycle of injustice".  There is no "chain of blame".   Morinth chose to rapemurder innocent uninvolved people -- the fault, the blame, the responsibility are entirely hers, and hers alone.

But even if we pretend for a moment that there is some kind of cycle or chain, do you know who could have broken it?

Morinth

Well said. Morinth's sisters did, also.

Not only that, but betraying Samara after she swore an a sacred oath to serve you is really msessed up.

Good day.

I see that the cicle continues. It's like there are no new arguments. They are just being repeated over and over again, as if it is going to make the choice to kill Morinth right. lol

It basically goes like:

P: Argument
Me: Answer/counter
P: a) You are messed up ( even though I want to make everything better ). B) you are a troll. ( which I'm not ) c) You weren't paying attention ( which I paid too much by now ). d) you are an idiot because you don't agree.

Very nice conversation flow.

Some of you said that making 2 wrongs doesn't make a right. Well guess what - killing Morinth is evil UNTIL asari change their ways.

Here's a good start:

No not everyone, everybody has their own views. We just respect each other.

I don't think Kain is a troll.

I think we're looking at the result of a combination of the utter loss of the concept of personal / individual responsibility, with a deterministic social theory of human existance.

If you were to give a percent about how many of those you know share your very "unique" view?

So it's a fairly small number then.

That makes me feel much much better.

But people do have responsability. Samara had responsability and she chose bad. Morinth didn't have a good choice to begin with.

And therefore she had no responsibility?

Morinth's choices were ALL bad. She was being screwed ANY way. I am not going to let that happen. As I said, asari just tie my hands. I would gladly deal with her if she was treated fair but would still have the same life.

That still doesn't give her any right whatsoever to rapemurder all those people.

That's the thing you don't want to admit.

It's okay to like an irredeemable character D.Kain.

Just don't try to justify their obviously evil actions.

Right. I am naive because I think that people can treat each other fair? Well if they can't, why am I supposed to do something good? Why am I supposed to be better than everyone else and get out of my way to be good when everybody else are excused to do what ever their selfishness wants? My selfishness likes Morinth on my team, asari selfishness likes to lock AY. They are not going to do anything about it? I'm not going to do anything either.

What you basically say is: Morinth must die! Nature demands that Morinth dies! Because any choice that she makes is bad.

Actually I just said it's fine to like evil characters.

Just don't make them out to be anything but what they are, evil.
