Actually I just said it's fine to like evil characters.

Just don't make them out to be anything but what they are, evil.

What is the definition of an evil character in your opinion? Just in a few words. What do they usually share?

Right. I am naive because I think that people can treat each other fair?

Your other posts don't say that you want everyone treated fairly, they say that people should only treat others fairly if they themselves have been treated fairly, and otherwise they should treat everyone around them with no fairness, no respect, and no justice.

Your other posts translate as "$#!+ rolls downhill".

Well if they can't, why am I supposed to do something good? Why am I supposed to be better than everyone else and get out of my way to be good when everybody else are excused to do what ever their selfishness wants? My selfishness likes Morinth on my team, asari selfishness likes to lock AY. They are not going to do anything about it? I'm not going to do anything either.

Be good because it's good.  You don't need any other reason.

You can't establish a selfless world by being selfish, that just makes you part of the problem.   Be good because a good world has to start somewhere.  "You must be the change you want to see in the world." -- often misattributed to Ghandi.

A complete and utter disregard for the lives of others.

So it's a fairly small number then.

That makes me feel much much better.

Sure, the less people that want to fix sh*t the better.

You might want to fix stuff, but your concepts and approach will only make things worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and...

How?

Because you accept wrongs by people who've been wronged, directed at people other than those who have wronged them.  Each wronged person goes on to spread being wronged to other people, until everyone has wronged everyone else.

Stop looking backwards for retribution, start looking at what effect a person's actions have going forward.

That's what I do in real life. I always hold my grudges and usually don't fight back unless it is absolutely nescecery. I try to fix things peacefully. I also understand that not all people are capable of doing that. And in Morinth's case I think that it can be fixed peacefully right now. Samara is the thug in the situation while Morinth is on selfdiffence which hurts other people. I want her to stop, I want her to see her errors, and to see that life can be fair and healthy, not just kill her.

No exceptions.

So what if Morinth views Shepard differently, is she still evil? ( And that's what I believe, so don't tell me she doesn't, just answer what if. )

She's still evil.

Because she's still willingly mindrapemurdered people for centuries.

And to quote the SM's descriptions "she views the world and everything in it as her toys".

Ok, so if a gun is put to somebodies head and that person is told to kill an innocent so that he may live, would you kill that person afterwards if he did it?

Extreme cases make for bad law.

Or in broader terms, extreme specifics make for bad generalities.

No becaues it's an entirely different situation.

Morinth willingly chose to kill those people.

And despite what your fanfiction says she was not forced to do that by anyone.

Seems like a similar situation to me.

Did anyone force Morinth to kill Nef?

What about all those sacrifices at that village?

The Krogan suitor?

Did anyone force her to kill? No.

She choose to kill those people of her on free twisted will.

But I do consider the hunt for her life for running away and being alone in the galaxy as a ''teenager'' asari as a gun near the head from the justicars. They would rather she chose death, but it is their actions that forced her to do it.
But we basically agree. You just don't think it is the same situation.

No matter what choice/non-choice/bad situation she was given she did not have the right to murder all those people.

She is completely beyond redemption.

And the person that has a gun near his head doen't have the right to kill either. So if he was left alive, he should be killed for his choice.

D.Kain why do you try to justify all that she did when she herself doesn't give a f*ck?
