If she gets more powerful from mindraping people she's going to keep doing it.

No she doesn't deserve to die YET. 

I didn't say that I think she will keep doing it. But a lot of how it goes is going to depend on choices regarding AY in ME3.As I said, if she won't stop after she is not hunted anymore I WILL deal with her.

Well if there are going to be no more justicars after her, but she will continue to kill people I will deal with her. If more justicars show up I will deal with THEM. If she decides to get other AY out of seclusion and/or drive an AY campaign to stop seclusion I will help her.

Kudos to that AY, not everyone are capable of doing the same. That AY probably had harder time than Morinth and risked her life more. Not only that but that AY basically can't move around freely like Morinth, because it is too risky so she has less freedom.

In other words, that AY that you are talking about is Good while Morinth is neutral. You can't expect everybody to be able to do that.

She kills good, bad, ugly, and Krogan. She's evil, the Chaotic kind.
