Yes it is not always a punishment. If an AY or any other person WANTS to live in seclusion it is not a problem.

Its not a punishment unless its purpose is specifically there to punish AY.

It doesn't matter. Don't get into specific words. It is still wrong and unjust.

Guess what.

Injustices happen everyday to people deserving sympathy much much much much much much much more than your buddy Morinth.

Okay we'll just kill them all then.
Much safer for everyone.
After all they can't run if they're dead.

Right, that would make you a murderer of innocents.

Just like your hero Morinth!
After all I'm doing it for the survival of many people!

You can do it once an AY does something wrong.
Morinth had a clear reason, you have a CHANCE, it is not the same.

There is a CHANCE that she won't be strong enough to surive if she doesn't mindrapemurder.

There's also a chance that any given AY will go on a mindrapemurder spree.

By your "Logic?" it's the same thing.

So, are other injust things supposed to make this one just or what? I am dealing woith this one right now, and my Shepard is in the middle of it. If I come across other injust things, I will deal with them as well.

I don't care what you think about seclusion right now, we're talking about if Morinth is a part of the majority (hint: she isn't).

She is a living being, and should have all the right that every asari has.

But she doesn't because when she mind melds, something Asari seem to do whenever they feel like it, if Shepard's experience is any case, she kills someone.  She looks like an ordinary Asari, so you can't exactly tell her from a physical difference.  And worse; when she kills someone, she feels good about it and it makes her stronger and more difficult to stop.

When she first killed someone, she was given the choice of monastary or to flee (which would result in her being hunted).  She chose the latter, chose addiction over her well being.

She doesn't get the rights of every Asari because she's not like every Asari.

No it's not the same thing. Morinth is clearly weaker than Samara if she doesn't get power, and clearly weaker than some other dangers on the galaxy. There is no chance there.

Actually the chance lies in her likelyhood of encountering any of these dangers.
And guess what if she's as smart as you claim she can avoid most if not all of these dangers WITHOUT mindrapemurdering people.

She probably wouldn't be one. And if she would she would kill a lot less people before she would be caught, just because AY would be known to everyone, and would be chased by whole police system instead of one lonely justicar, not to mantion that every person in the galaxy would know them when they saw them.

So make a physical difference! I said that too many times. Make an AY tattoo on their foreheads, so that everyone know.

Unless of course Morinth does it.

Because when she seduces and mindrapemurders a young artist to death it's a brave stand against the system!!!!

When she is 40 years old? Dealing with smuglers and thugs, because she is a fugitive? She is not the one who started all this.

So then Samara shouldn't have hunted Morinth to her death, until Morinth did something wrong.

But then by your reasoning what Morinth did was wrong and unjustified. In fact she could have left Asari space but you said before that he reason why Morinth kills is because she doesn't care for others because no one cares for her but she still was wrong and unjustified to kill.

Samara's SB dossier proves you wrong. By the time Samara took her Justicar vows, Morinth had already killed people.

She would be wrong and unjustified to kill if she wasn't hunted by justicars in the first place.

A tattoo is nothing; advanced reconstructive techniques exist in the ME universe, removing a tattoo is much easier than it would be today.   And given the amount of discrimination that's lashed out at normal pureblood Asari, being a branded AY in public sounds like a horrible, horrible decision for the AY.

She chose to continue killing because it felt good.  And no, it is not.  AY do not need to meld to survive, it isn't a basic need.  It is a want, a horrible want that, if indulged, makes the AY a monster.

So then the Asari were right to seclude AY then since even one AY can become a dangerous monster capable of mass destruction. Okay then.

Well then make something better. And make discrimination be punished as todays racists are punished.

I never said that AY need to meld to survive biologicaly. But they become stronger, and being stronger was what Morinth needed.

You specifically mentioned Samara. And it's not like Justicars monitor the birth of AY, no reason to believe there was one hunting Morinth down from the moment she killed her first mate and took something as a trophy. She does that.

No they weren't! When did I say that? They started to hunt her once she escaped seclution. AY wouldn't bne capable of such mass destruction, if everybody would know about their existance and could identify them.

There is a reason to believe that. Who else is going to hunt AY? Police? They don't even know if AY exist. Who offers a choice of seclusion or death to AY?
