Except it's not the same at all. AY aren't contagious! They can't reproduce.

Completely irrelevant for the point I'm making.

The AY are secluded because they are a threat to society and it's inhabitants just like somebody with a contagious disease would be a threat.

The nature of the threat is irrelevant.

Your point still sucks.  A person with say leprosy (or something like that) cannot control whether or not the infect people.   Even with the best intentions they are a threat to themselves and everyone around them hence the need to be quarantines.  Ardat Yakshis kill/infect with sex.  There is a distinct trigger that has to be activated for them to be a danger to others and they can control that trigger completely.  Locking up Ardat Yakshi makes as much sense as locking up people with 20/20 vision because they might become snipers and might snipe people.

Lol no.  Morinth did involve innocents in her problem but Anders did not.  Then Chantry and by existension, Elthina and everyone else in there who worked for the Chantry, persecute mages and undermind any means of mages overcoming the stigma attached to them by preaching that magic is evil and mages should be confined for their own good.  The templars get their mandate to be jerks from the Chantry.  Anders blowing up the Chantry was directly attacking his enemy.  Anders is nothing like Morinth.  Do not even try to make that argument if you want people to take you seriously.

No not really. It think that Anders wouldn't act the same if he wasn't a mage himself, but yeah maybe he is a little more altruistic. The problem is similar though.

The problem is not similar at all.  Anders blew up the Chantry to start a revolution to save all of his mage compatriots.  Morinth became a serial killer to save her own hide and because of the power she got from it.  It isn't a little bit more altruistic, more like completely altruistic to completely selfish.  Anders was willing to die for his cause.  Morinth is trying to avoid dying and keep on living as a hedonist.  Also as I said, the targets are completely different.  Anders is attacking the people who are hurting the mages.  Morinth just kills anyone she can seduce.  There really is no comparison.

Fist of all they aren't "locked up" second of all in cases like leprosy and the plague people were kept isolated on just the suspicion of being sick(no symptoms yet) - why? because it was necessary.

The danger to society(as Morinth clearly proves) outweighs the possibility that "nothing will ever happen".

Does this suck -yes but the risks are to great.

And seriously if society let the YK walk around and they go on a killing spree and kill lets say  20 people, What do you say to the relatives of those people.."well we knew they were sick but we chose to take a chance"?

1) I don't believe it is necessary.

2) So what?

3) Risks are to be taken.

4) Yes that is exactly what you are to tell them, and they are to except that. But each AY should let everybody know who they are.

Well if you think that going through potential danger for others to not be outcasts than yes. Because that is a risk that I personally would take. And frankly I think that a case of murdering AY would be VERY uncommon in those conditions.

Dr. Kain sounds like a Monster himself. He seems to have no problem with a monster in butchering human life, since for some reason in his twisted mind, the Monster should not take RESPONSIBILITY.

O, those innocents just had what was coming to them.....you can't blame the Monster for its lustful desires......it needs to kill and there is nothing wrong with that. Instead of blaming the Monster for its actions, we should just blame society. Society "supposedly" wronged the Monster, that obviously makes it ok for the Monster to kill people in said society, even though said people have had no connection, or simply don't know the Monster.

Just because say.......a man has had a lot of crap put on him in his life, does not justfiy murder. If you think that his sad past justifies his monstrous actions upon others, and that he should not be blamed....then you are SICK....and NEED HELP.

Twist my words huh?

I don't know wether to reply or to tell you to go re-read what I have said...

But the last one I think is right. though I don't think I need help.

I think YOU need help if you think that putting as much crap as you want on other people should not have concequences and that they should be perfectly fine with that.

By your logic Spartacus was a monster.

Oh and there is probably a BIG list of squadmates you would also love to kill.

You make it pretty clear that people who have nothing to do with Asari or AY deserve to die if Morinth wishes. That's very deranged.

No, not really. They do not deserve it, they are just caught in the middle, it's sad but AY are not the ones they need to blame.

From Page 37:

In my opinion the fact that Morinth got screwed as an AY, DOES
mean that she can go around and slaughter people. But I am talking about
a different type of screwment.

...

I don't admit that Morinth kills people needlesly. She kills people
needfully. And again village had it comming, and Nef went to the dark
club to have fun and use drugs, that is asking for trouble.

Yeah, Nef and that village had it coming, being, you know, alive when Morinth needed a power boost!

Well yes they both helped Morinth become stronger. Motinth needed it. But again you are grabing the problem by the tail instead of head.

You straight up said that the villagers had it coming, that they "deserved it". You're invalidating your own statements now.

And they didn't voluntarily help her; it was taken from them by either manipulation or mind warp.

I know that's been the primary situation that Morinth has melded with people in but she might not even need to have sex with you to kill you.

What am I invalidating? So these 2 deserved it and that is only my opinion, that doesn't mean that in 400 years there weren't those that didn't deserve it.

First I'm just going to say that it really doesn't matter if they deserved it or not, it is not a good situation to begin with, but my conclusion:

Morinth probably wanted to live in the village, but asari didn't accept her, that is probably why she mindcontrolled them to accept her and feed her.

Nef was just meeting random people in the darkest places of Omega and was using drugs while going out.

So Morinth is completely a monster then? She goes around preying on girls who dare go to a club on Omega and do some drugs and people who don't accept her?

You know, when most people aren't accepted by a place, they just leave. They don't mind warp the entire place to make them serve them sacrifices.

What Morinth does is unjustifiable when she has other options.

Your statement works for people with a working moral compass. Where the hell do you think Morinth is going to get one if she wasn't shown justice? Why would she show care for others if others didn't care about her?

No it does work. Morinth knows what she is doing and knows she is a monster. Morinth is a monstrous creature who doesn't give a **** about others. Why should I care about someone like her? She chose a life of killing and she deserves what she gets.
