Nef's vids explain her growing infatuation with Morinth. Remember even Samara states how Morinth doesn't even need to use her powers. Even when first talking with Shepard she didn't user her abilities. You could say Nef was brainwashed (more like influenced or a lesser version of mindrape) during the courting but it just increased the amount of care she had for her. Morinth effectively kills anyone who has ever cared for her.

Also how the hell do you not know what kind of person Nef was? It is told in her vids, by her mother, even by Samara who states the type of people Morinth likes. Did you have ear plugs on while playing ME2?

And no Kain, you can't claim that she didn't know that Shepard would survive.  No one has survived a mind meld from an AY and there is no indication given that Shepard would do so.  Morinth is, once again, lying.  And you fell for it hook, line and sinker.

Morinth does it for pleasure not Justice. Her dialogue proves that. In game information proves that. I don't know what fanfiction you are reading but it is definitely not canon.
