You know, if I take a gun and shoot at you, you don't necessarily die. There is a slim chance you survive. So I could just kill you and then claim I didn't want to kill you, just maybe scare you a bit? No court in the world would buy that.

And no court needed. If Morinth took a gamble of Shepard to live after melding and Shepard dies Morinth dies too. 

Unlikely. She isn't suicidal. If she had a deathwish she could just let Samara kill her.

That is a part of it. It is was never the main reason. That part would aslo not exist if she was treated good.

Yes it would. She was going to be sent to a monastery not a ****ing prison (in the traditional sense). She would have been treated well she just wouldn't be able to go into a heavily populated city. Hell Morinth could have escaped the Asari and survived without using her melding ability to kill.

Morinth is a psychopath addicted to a act that would kill people.  Also she never said she didn't want to kill Shepard. She said some reasons that would lead to Shepard POSSIBLY surviving.

Morinth didn't want to kill Sheparrd, I elaborated the sh*t out of it! Nef and village were both mindcontrolled. 

Morinth did want to kill Shepard as there has been no indication that Shepard would be any different to the mind melding process.  Every single being that has mind melded with an AY has died, Morinth has no reason to assume differently. She is quite obviously lying to you and you fell for it hook, line & sinker.

And, as so many others have stated, Morinth didn't need to use her mind control on Nef.  The village likely was mind controlled, but that wasn't an example of them being nice to her, that was an example of people she wronged for no reason.

Once again, you are making things up to fit your mindset.  Why would you assume that something known as a Demon would be a warrior that protected Asari? 

Kain has shown time and time again that he has no idea what an addict is like and continues to justify Morinth's killings of those who have nothing at all to do with her because she chose to ran.  And he continues to attempt to justify that Morinth killing Shepard was an accident, which is a bold faced lie.

Morinth is smart enough to get off of Thessia. She could have gotten a flight too somewhere in the Terminus Systems. Justicars do not operate outside Asari space usually. Its not difficult for her to hide.

Also if Morinth truly thinks that is wore then death then she is an idiot and deserves no sympathy for kiling people.
