Well then deal with those that do. Not all of them are.

You act like that is easy. They attempted to deal with Morinth. Its not easy at all. The person who could be sent to deal with them can easily be mind controlled.

Make AY justicars then. No possesions, respect and awesome powers to fight injustice.

Guys!  Lightbulb!

We can defeat the Reapers by turning them into Alliance ships that fight bad guys!

It does come down to selfishness, because that's exactly what Morinth is.

What comes around goes around. MAYBE just maybe if Morinth was given the right to live among other asari she would choose seclusion, and would be a different person.

No, because you're sacrificing innocent people when you could have stopped them early on. Or have you forgotten that they get stronger every time they meld?

Consider for a moment that Asari history has been living in what are essentially city states and seeking to understand others instead of the constant war and struggle like Humans or Krogan. These passive, understanding people came to the conclusion that it's best for everyone to lock up the AY before they go around slaughtering people.

It all comes down to selfishness imo.

If being "selfish" ensures keeping the vast, vast majority of the population safe from succubi, then being "selfish" is easily the best solution.

And no, AY cannot be Justicars because they can't control themselves and letting them into a position that's almost the equivilant of an Asari Spectre is exactly the wrong thing to do.

If all you think about is numbers then you are just happy to screw up anyone as long as that person is in the minority. I hate that kind of todays thinking.

Justicar's Point of view:

AY are a danger to society. They have proven this time and time again in the past. Therefore, if you are an AY, you can either live away from society or flee. If you flee, we will be forced to hunt you down and kill you.

Morinth's point of view:

I want to be free to go where I please, do what I wish, and feed my addiction as much as I want to.

Needs of the trillions of lives in the galaxy > Morinth's desires.

She did live with other Asari for forty years and still chose to stalk, hunt and kill with those she mated with instead of going into seclusion. And for 400 years she lived among asari and other races and she still chose to kill.

Said the guy who can sympathize with someone who kills innocents for centuries for their own needs, despite alternatives.

Morinth's feeding addiction could have been avoided and her going where she pleases is a basic human greedom.
If a person is being treated unfair, I don't care about numbers at all. If a person is treated fair but that person still steats others unfair I will blame that person and deal with him.

The alternatives sucked to begin with and it is not Morinth's fault.

How could it have been avoided? It's a biological thing for AY, this is very clearly explained. Every time they meld, they want to meld more, therefore they want to kill more.

Ah, Morinth isn't human, she's a succubus. Hence the murder.

Yeah, BS. Morinth has killed people who have nothing to do with how she's treated, she enjoys the hunt, she's a predator. She's the one not treating others fairly through hypnosis and death by mind meld for her own sick pleasure.

Yeah, so that makes it ok to kill innocents.

As I said before.. days ago.. if Morinth chose to kill only other killers, or slavers, or even the very ill or elderly...  If she restrained her needs to at least cause the least amount of pain for others, Id be behind you 100%.  She was on Omega and picked a teenage girl... and yet you still stand behind her.

You know.. Omega, where you pretty much just have to point and shoot to hit a bad guy.. she finds the only one there who didn't deserve it.

1) AY are addicted to melding. This is fact.
2) Morinth is not human, this is fact.
3) Morinth has killed Nef, a human on Omega. Nef has no possible means of influencing ancient Asari doctrine on how AY (a dirty Asari secret) are treated. This is fact.
4) All of the conversations Morinth has with you in her apartment imply that she enjoys the hunt. This is the only one that may be taken as an opinion.
5) Morinth hunts other beings in order to increase her own power and feed her addiction. This is fact.
6) Morinth kills people without provocation and uses hypnosis on others. This is fact.

So, no, you really can't.

1) No. AY just WANT to meld. They can fight it.
2) Well yes she is an asari..
3) So?
4) So?
5) So?
6) So?

It doesn't change the fact that she was treated wrong and that could have been avoided.
I stand behind her.

Then why are you even commenting here? You bring no kind of facts to the discussion. Every point you proceed to bring up has been easily disproven.

Lol So by your own argument, Morinth chose to kill on her own free will. You say Ay can choose to fight it--they want to meld but can choose not to. She chose to meld and kill. For over 400 years and you stand by her?

Yes because she was not allowed to live freely like other asari.
