Ask Morinth. That is what she thinks. Do I believe the same? No. But we are different people. So for Morinth it is worse than death. For HER that choice is exacly that.

Then who is? She had a completely normal childhood with a loving family, so that's out of the picture.
Yet when offered the choice of live/ die / kill people she chose to kill people.
The choice is death/worse than death/kill people. Yes she chose to kill people.
Then she is a monster. Anyone with a shred of empathy would not have slaughtered hundreds of innocent people just to get high.
Actually, I was just thinking on that addiction thing. You know who Morinth reminds me of?

People don't want to accept me in real life (I'm autistic ;p) - I've never contemplated murdering them to prove anything. And if murdering people would somehow improve my positon I still wouldn't, because then I'd be less of a human being than my oppressors

Dr. Kain, how can you justify mind rape/murder/any monstrous acts, as long as said Monster has a troubled childhood (you said earlier that Morinth was justified for her actions)? If you really think that, then maybe when you look in the mirror....there is a Monster staring back at you.
No, there is a nice person staring at me. I have many friends and a loving family. Morinth doesn't have that.
Maybe they just don't know about your twisted/immoral ideology......
My ideology is simple. You either don't screw people or you don't complain about them being bad.
You want to screw people so bad that having something bad coming out of it is twiste. Awesome.

I'm using logic here. I say don't screw people or sh*t will happen. You say screwing people shouldn't have sh*t happen. Then you must want to screw people otherwise it wouldn't even be a problem in the first place.

Right. It's "comfortable" seclusion. Even though it's forced and she has no freedom , as long as it's comfortable...It fine. Like even though it's a dictatorship and the government can take what ever they want from you, as long as you don't resist, you'll live "comfortable".Gh0st_00 wrote...
Morinth's choices:
1. Live in comfortable seclusion with my two sisters.
2. Die.
3. Rampage across the galaxy overpowering people's nervous system and killing them via brain hemorage so I can get high.
Only a sociopath would choose that last one.
Her choices were....
1. Living a life with out intimacy, freedom and contact with anyone outside her sister in force seclusion. Having something to pass the time or wait till you die to over come your condition.
2. Die.
3. Or live freely with everything a normal person can get in life at the cost of some elses life. Living joyfully as a monster.
With the logic your using, it sound that you easily take a life sentence as long as they make you "comfortable".

A choice between death, worse than death, or killing innocents? The best choice is death.
Now if we go with the real choice of living in comfortable seclusion, death, or killing innocents, then the best choice is seclusion.
You're saying that Morinth's view seclusion as worse than death, that's fine. But don't try and say that the seclusion she was offered actually was worse.
