How about a small bomb in the brain? Carring society would stop them from disabeling it.

...You are bloody naive. A Black market societ would give no crap as long as the credits clear.

Also, Morinth fits the sociopathic profile. Anyone who has even read a book about psycology would know that.
Anyone who studies psychology would also understand profiling and would no doubt know about serial killers and the psychological profiling of them.

She isn't a sociopath. She exhibits tendencies, yes, but is not a full blown crazie. She said herself she longs for the love of another, yet knows she cannot have it. Her condition is more a curse then a disease.

Add on the fact that she can be attracted to anyone, any race and any sex..  That make the burden ten fold because she is unisexed.
That means if she had a relationship like you had with your friend....It would make things worse.

Yes even if I would live in a fully woman society I could probably contain myself to not have intimacy if I knew it would kill those that I care for. Again given that there are plenty other things we can do together.

No, you would not. You would go mad from the temptation. It's one thing to say it if your not under it, it another thing to say that if you were under the full burden. I understand the nature of intelligent being to understand that any fight they have with their natural instincts, if held for a long time, they would lose. Your always logical when you have an empty bladder, but with a full one your never can think strait until it's relived. If she is constantly around people she is attracted to and she is ex starved....her instinct to have sex  lean on she till she id overwhelmed especially if she is addicted. Someone at her weakest, she will lose out to her instincts.

Well then encourage Philophobia in AY.

People can treat different people differently. Morinth is not a sociopath. She is just acting according to the situation she is in.

Study psychology eh? No mental illness can be treated with friendship. Morinth is a serial killer and you think showing her friendship will treat this? Yeah, you don’t study it.

Also, Morinth fits the sociopathic profile. Anyone who has even read a book about psycology would know that.
Anyone who studies psychology would also understand profiling and would no doubt know about serial killers and the psychological profiling of them.

Morinth is absolutely rational and well. She has NO mental ilness.

SHE'S A BLOODY ADDICT! SHE KILLS PEOPLE WITHOUT REGRET! SHE IS CONSTANTLY MIND MELDING WITH PEOPLE DESPITE THE FACT SHE KNOWS IT WILL KILL THEM! MENTALY HEALTHY PEOPLE DO NOT DO THIS!

Oh they can, if they are treated like sh*t.

And they are not. They are kept comftorable for the rest of their lives. They are not the mages from Kirkwall. They live in a society that actually has the concept of war crimes.

No they are not responsible if they are put into prison for drunk driving before they even did it.

Putting a bomb in her brain is just as bad as imprisoning her. she would go mad with fear and never go near anyone because she may get feeling for them or just go for it and end her life.

No I'm saying you are if you honestly don't think there would be a number of people willing to profit from this situation and don't care about the consequences beyond getting paid.

Honestly, what world are you living in? I want to go there. i could probably take it over with just a butter knife.

Morinth is not a sociopath, she exhibits sociopathic tendencies. It's her way of life that has turned her into a monster, she was not born one.

And that 2nd one is never really explained. She told Shepard she never truly experienced the love of another. She seems to regret the kill, bur believes she needs it.

Did she feel guilt, or what she manipulating Shepard even then? She does not regret. She doesn’t kill these people instantly--which she most certainly could. She stalks them, gets to know them and waits until they form an attachment to her. Only then does she kill them. That isn’t someone who shows guilt or shame. That goes beyond sociopathic tendencies. That goes beyond someone who has any sort of conscience.

She isn't supposed to feel regret or guilt. She is not to blame because the way she was treated.

More like their license is suspended and a breathalyser is put on their car.

Don't do it if the AY doesn't agree, encourage them to do it so it would be easier for them to not want sex.

Wouldn't be the first time someone convinces themselves of something so they can continue doing wathever they want. That's also something that psychology teaches, which enforces that you don't know a thing about the school.

Also, we don’t know that she wasn’t born with this need to kill. She was given a choice to live in seclusion, or die. She could have ran and lived in on the lamb without ever killing anyone. She certainly knew if she melded with someone they would die. She killed because she wanted to. She wanted the power they could give her, not because she had to in order to survive.

Sociopaths do not seem “full blown crazie”. In fact, they often seem like normal, ordinary people. Her telling Shepard she wants to love isn’t the same as being able to love. She is incapable of love or forming bonds. And she could have been saying that to give the impression she wants a normal life, but can’t have one. Sociopaths do this often.

And considering her other two sisters were willing to stay, I can assume it's not NEARLY as bad as she is making it out to be.

Yes, because people who are ruthless and viscose still live in the world.
You can't have mutual trust in this world ....Too many African princes claiming to need a loan for help to get money from their off shore bank account and is willing to share the money with in the world to trust everyone at face value.

Just drop it. Morinth and her sisters weren't the first Ardat-Yackshi in Asari history. If all those other AY before them (probably numbering in the millions) weren't any different, then why would they be?

We have a saying where I live. "Create fame and fall asleep" - If you were bad in you're past, don't expect people to treat you like a saint.

The Asari isolated her for a reason, and she proved them right by escaping and murdering.

But it not a need to kill. It just a need for sex. It just that sex with her mates kills them.

Guy, just drop it. Each post makes you sound more and more childish. Stop before you reach the troll phase of the thread.
