D.Kain.....Here's an alternate that you have not thought of. Mornith could of ran away because she did not want to be imprison. But she also could of tried to live with the condition. And do you know what she would find out?.....She could not live with people because the temptation of intimacy is too great if she found out she was about to break. She could of turn on her heels , go back to the Asari and ask to be put in the monastery...Is said of breaking and killing people. Why? Because she would understand living in the outside with out intimacy would be the samething as living in the monastery.

Being hunted has nothing to do with it. Why? Because she could try not to kill anyone. Then she would not be hunted or found.

If she didn't eat people and leave a body trail, she wouldn't have been as easy to track in the first place. WHY HAVE YOU NOT GOTTEN THIS YET!? If she could control her addiction they would have lost her long ago!

It makes perfect sense if the condition was diagnosed after Morinth killed someone by accident.  At that point Samara and all three daughters would have been tested, and the other two daughters sent to the monastery.  Morinth ran because she didn't want to be confined, and killed because she discovered she liked it after the first time.

Don't know if there is anything IG to support that, but it would make sense.

No it would not.....She wouldn't have a reason to run in the first place.

But she wanted to visit crowded places and big cities. And the only way to do that without registration would be hypnotising people and killing them so that they don't tell anyone or don't kill her.

No, she could just us the black market, get fake ID's, and not tell anyone who she is....She has no need to kill anyone....the way a AY kills someone.
