Catwoman Final Costume Looks delicious, I hated the old one, but the new one is just hot. and it has the ears.
It looks exactly like the Michelle Pfiefers. Awesome.

Only one more problem left to fix. If they can also change Anne Hathaway's face then all will be good.

I have to say, I never really loved the Batman Nolan presented,
But its not bad to have more superhero movies, lately they havent disapointed (much)

Notes:
If you havent seen it, you can see it here. <3

But oh well. Tom Hardy should be great. Who didn't love him in Bronson? Which is why he'll make such a great fit.

I thought it was about Arkham City.

I don't even know why they chose her. The only actors I agreed with are Gary Oldman as Gordon, Keb Watanabe as Ra's al Ghoul. Oh, and of course Michael Caine as Alfred. Morgan Freeman and Liam Neeson were whole new characters, so they don't count, but I like their presence in the movies.

I'd actually prefer a recreation of the Arkham City Catwoman outfit.

YEAH.
That outfit is PERFECT. I love it.
That is actually the only reason I buy Arkham City.

High heels.

Ugh.

And those ears?

As Tim Gunn would say "Make it work, Nolan".

I'd like it if she had a mask that covered her hair, but other then that I don't mind it. I'm looking forward to see how she pulls the role off.

To be honest those pictures look oddly grainy for this day and age and the mask looks....odd in them.... until I see more sources I'm calling photoshop in the mask parts.

Also Morgan Freeman's Character, Lucious Fox has been in the comics for some time so he isn't a new character.  Most people will probably remember the character from Batman: TAS.

Actually its not photoshoped, its real, but some fan took it, its confirmed and producers are furious because this was suppose to be a secret to be revealed to make angry-fans that hated the old one, get excited when they see the new one.

If it was only one pic, then yes, you can call it shopped, but when its several pics from several angeles, its very hard to photoshop the consistency. and all those photos are consistant.

so its real.

besides its not really something that important, people dont care. the one that took the pics is not gaining anything.

I'm not impressed. In fact, I prefer the old Catwoman with Halle Berry. Sure, the movie sucked, no doubt about it, but Halle Berry as Catwoman was sooooooo much more sexy.

I want THIS Catwoman back! The new Catwoman looks dumb... <_<

I don't see how that's awesome. It's an eye mask and spandex body suit. That's something a very amateur cosplayer could whip up in no time at all. A talented cosplayer's creation would blow that away.

It looks uninspired. Anyone could've come up with that. I'm also doubtful Hathaway can pull the role. Never found her interesting to begin with.

I'm not sure what's funnier. That someone consider's Halle the 'old' catwoman or that someone actually liked the horrid outfit she wore in that film. Hathaway's costume seems inspired by a much older Catwoman, the Julie Newmar one.

Speaking of Catwoman and Costumes, did anyone read the first issue of her new comic? The first story is called "and most of the costumes stayed on." Which referred to a scene between her and Batman I doubt will make it into the movie. *cough*

I decided to not bother with any of "the new 52" titles.

Generally a sound decision. I've been trying a few to confirm my decision to dislike the 52 on principle. Most are pretty bad. The ones that were okay were the ones that could have fit just fine in the old DC universe. Like the Catwoman one. And Batwoman is great, but its really an old universe book they didn't change at all for the 52. Not to be confused with Batgirl, which is bad.

Oh?  My bad then.

Who was Lucious Fox in the animated series?  Sadly, most of what I remember from it doesn't include this character.  Just so I'm clear, this is the 90's cartoon we're talking about, right?

I'm not much of a DC fan to begin with, I'm much more interested in the Marvel universe.

That's why I said, I'd prefer the outfit that was decided on for the Batman Arkham City video game.  That one looks more complex.

I still can't visualize Anne Hathaway kicking ass. And the suit? I'm not willing to accept in any universe this suit is combat effective.

Well . . . actually I'm buying Catwoman: Arkham City.
I'm a man, and my brain is in my pants . . . . so I'll do what ever my (brain) commands, even if i have to work extra shifts?

btw. that was a joke . . . the game is only 60 bucks, not really expensive. cleaning mc donalds tables should get you 3000 a month, i mean its US!!! not Asia were maximum salary is 500 dollars!!!

What's wrong with Anne Hathaway, I happen to think she's a pretty good actress, at least when she sticks to the more adult roles. Besides it's not like she's going to be any worse than Katie Holms was in Batman Begins. Then again I have acrush on her so I guess I am not theh most partial person in the world.

I've never really had a problem with Anne's catwoman costume although she does look more like a traditional Catwoman now that she is wearing the ears and the mask.

I'm so glad I dion't buy comics anymore. I have always found that trope sickening. Reversing the gender roles doesn't suddenly make it okay either. As for the new Catwoman costume... it's okay. A bit nonsensical perhaps. I can't see her pulling off acrobatic maneuvers with high heeled platform shoes. That's the kind of thing I have trouble suspending belief for in a videogame; nevermind a movie.
