the above URL/page does not exist, so I am unable to acquire a bring down the sky CD key, so I am unable to install the bring down the sky dlc

you need to contact EA Support. i did this few minutes ago via live chat.

i received my key very promptly.

You would have thought people would read the thread stickied at the very top of the forum titled [PC] Mass Effect 1 Patch and Bring Down the Sky Links first to see if there was anything they missed.

Definitely do it via online text chat. I had very BAD results trying to phone this one in.

Just tried via text chat and the person responded 'At this moment and time it seems that the DLC Bringing down the sky is updating and is unavailable at this moment and time. I apologize. Is there anything that I can offer you instead?' which is a load of rubbish he's "Seeing" if he can e-mail it to me when it's "back up" as that's a "Good question" why am I being brutalized by inept support today?

If you read through the link I provided in my previous post, that is also stickied at the top of the forum, you would realise that results vary depending on which rep you get. Try again in a hour, or a day, or a couple of days.
Some are muppets, some know what they are doing. Same as any service desk.
