Hey, this is a bit of a weird question i guess, but it's totally BG1 relevant. When you and gorion get jumped, one of the spells he fires off is like a double MM, i HEARD from a friend that it's possible to get with some sort of expansion. Anyone on the forum know anything about this?

It's not a double spell. Gorion is cheating and not keeping to the delay that is usually required between two spells. A lot of cut scene enemy mages do that (but you really get to see it only in BG2, which has more cut scenes and more powerful mages).
As to how you may fire two Magic Missiles at once legally, there are several ways. Sequencers allow you to store a number of spells (for example two Magic Missiles) into a single stored spell and then fire that when the time seems right.
Contingencies are similar, but they fire when certain pre-chosen conditions are met (for example: enemy in sight). The advantage of this is that they do not cloud your aura, meaning you can cast spells immediately before and after the contingency fired. (and the contingency is also bugged and can be created at any time, including during a paused game)
Improved Alacrity is a level 10 spell that allows you to remove the delay between different spells. If you use it, don't try any spells that take a full round to cast (because then there is no point to IA obviously). Cut scene mages use a different version of this spell.

Probably a minor sequencer - 4th level mage spell, but I think it's only available in BG1 is you are running with tutu or BGT.
