okay here's the problem.
i wanna update my DA version but somehow i cant, whenever i'd click the patcher it would say DA origins not found.
thing is i just copied DAO from another pc. 
soooo, do i really have to install it or what? 

please help me

okay nvm the problem above. figured it out. but another problem showed up. when i was trying to update (again) this message appeared
"Error opening file for writing:

D:dragon age\\bin_ship\\patch.exe"

will i ever play this game?

It seams to me that you lack some registry files which won't follow if you just copied the game. To avoid it simply install the game with your disk or by using Origin and your cd-key.
