What do you mean - the armor goes down while the shield is still active? I only remember using the GPS on my widow soldier run and it ate up the shield, I don't remember the armor going down? What class r u playing when this happened?

I think he means that he takes the same damage from that weapon even when he has that omni tool shield block thing going. Usually you have to try and hit his exposed side to do more damage.

It's most likely because the SB is being staggered. Weapons can always penetrate his Omni-Shield whenever he's been staggered, even if the stagger animation itself is not yet finished. All shotguns and biotics stagger him.

@iOnly Thanks for that. It looks like at 2:20 you shoot a point blank charged shot that does nothing.
