 I've been playing on PS3 and haven't seen them. I do not understand why such a big change (unless they were scripted later or something). 

Is there any way to get them to appear? Thanks.

They only show up on the PC.

Thanks...what about Kardol and his Legion of the Dead? I mean, you can recruit him on every system and yet I did not see him either...
