I bought ME2 and registered it with EA about a week ago. My cd got damaged and I wanted to download my game from EA but I don't know where to go. Please help. Thank you.

Go to EA's website. Download and install their Origins software, and then you can download ME2 using that.

if you've got a legit copy then you can download it from EA forever, theoretically. for older games like ME1 you have to speak to them directly to open up a download, but much like with Steam it's all registered to your EA ac through origin, so you got it all there waiting.
