And kicking.
Like for every module, it's good as long as you're not overpowered.
Loosing is a blessing.

You can't cheat in SP, meaning it's logically impossible to cheat in SP. But you definitely can use consolle commands, cheat codes and in the case of NWN a lot of other stuff at your leisure to get the gaming experience you like the most.ETPC wrote...
Because I have a massive, MASSIVE, MASSIVE backlog of games to work through. Besides, I like cheating in single player because I suck at games that use D&D rulesets. god help me when i start NWN2.

@Kail: It itches me to go at it again, but it's quite fruitless to lead discussions withg stubborn people, so I'm going to let it slip.

You are going to let it slip cause you have no argument to make, only delusional remarks of an unintelligent nature.Skildron wrote...

I would propose the following:
##DebugMode=1
##dm_godmode
##DebugMode=0
type those lines in the chat bar, each one seperately and hit enter each time.
That should work.

It's
##dm_god
IIRC

If the only way you can enjoy the module is by removing all the combat challenge from the experience, use the console to level up to as high as you would like. any level over 20 or so should be godly enough to walk through the entire "adventure". Gaining XP will mean nothing since advancement no longer means anything, just like in godmode.

Himself not themselves. And that's just the grammatical error. It would be pointless to try to explain the logical one to someone quoting a criminal and deceitful individual who promoted the cult of a fictional Jewish zombie a long time ago.Elhanan wrote...

edit: And BTW, OP... when the console diagnostic reports "Success" it doesn't mean the command did what you wanted it to. It just means the console compiler was able to locate the command in its library and confirms that it was typed properly.

Anyway, if it's completely impossible to use god mode (why?) then I guess I'll just soldier on until I get perma death then try a different module.

dm_healcommand works. Being able to fully heal when needed should provide a pretty good substitute, and maybe be slightly more challenging than being invulnerable.

Hmmm...is it even possible to script out one particular console command without disabling the entire console?

I just tested this, and it's quite easily done from the on heartbeat. Likely that's the route they would have gone about doing it as well.

SetPlotFlag(OBJECT_SELF,FALSE);
//possibly SetImmortal(OBJECT_SELF,FALSE);
}

Create/get gear with all the immunities/properties you need and bring it in game. Not true godmode but close enough. Using a character of high enough a level would also approximate it, as has been said.ETPC wrote...
I do have Debug Mode active and when I punch in dm_god it says success yet I still get damaged.
Anyway, if it's completely impossible to use god mode (why?) then I guess I'll just soldier on until I get perma death then try a different module.
Can godmode be scripted back in easily? If so, the OP might be able to "fix" it.
