First of all I would like to say that this is a fantastic idea.  I'll admit to, before I heard this being a little apprehensive about the companion system.  Simply put, if you find the best armor, and the best weapon for your companion you would have a lot of people from the same class with a companion following them who looks exactly the same.  The appearance packs give players the ability to make companions who, though they are wearing the same armor and carrying the same weapons look different from eachother.  My one question is... When?  At what point do we get these?  Do we obtain them once we get the compaion?  Are they in our inventory to start with?  Do we complete missions to get them?  When do we get to use them?
