I am not Meredith, and she is not me.
Although she does have decent taste in headgear.

Then again, I am one of the few people that has realized that Oghren has the most tragic character arc of Origins, so I do not expect people to understand why, sometimes, the best stories in a high fantasy setting are the most mundane.

Meredith was awesome up until they gave her "the all powerful McGuffin Idol of crazy and doom." Having her being all crazy powertripping repressing iron fist lady on her own with no supernatural interference would make for a much better character.
Yeah. I wouldn't have minded so much if we had seen more of her non-idol mad earlier in the game at least, but alas that wasn't to be.

Very true. He's like the world's punching bag in his backstory and the Origins campaign.
On topic: How does being a trickster lead to Flemeth being Meredith? Going by that logic, Varric might be a Flemeth clone. Hawke could be a Flemeth clone. I could be a Flemeth clone.

And he discovered that humans are not actually mammals. Every mammal on Thedas instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with the surrounding environment, but the humans do not. They move to an area, and multiply, and multiply, until every natural resource is consumed. The only way the humans can survive is to spread to another area. There is another organism on the planet that follows the same pattern. A virus. Human beings are a disease, a cancer of Thedas and the planet, they are a plague, and he is the cure.
What was the question again?
