Okay, so I posted this issue in the self-help thread when I was having issues with the whole shebang, but now.. I just need help with ONE aspect of what I'm trying to do. 

I went through and removed the ECL on Genasi (it's stupid, they don't get THAT significant of a bonus do warrant an ECL) and lowered the ECL on Drow and Deep Gnomes.

Now, when I create a character, on the screen where it lists the uhh... unique abilities, etc. for the race I've chosen, it still says that Drow have a +2 ECL (even though they only have a +1 now).

When I create the character (in this case, a Drow), its ECL is only +1.. as it should be.  But in the character creation screen, it still says it's a +2 bonus.  I also want to change their favored class to any as females' favored should be cleric and males' favored should be wizard, but since gender plays no role in favored class, it should be any (in my opinion).

Now, from my understanding, I want to edit Dialog.tlk with TLKEdit2, right?

I did that, though... and put the newer version in the Override folder and it still doesn't work.

Am i missing something here?

Dialog.tlk goes in root of player folder, not override.

Look at human in the sub races 2da, and set the drow to have the same favored class. nwn2wiki should have info on how that 2da works.
