My 1st character hasn't been updates since 11.11.09, and I think the file the data is corrupted.
But more importantly I cannot delete any characters/screenshots on the website.
Is this a general problem or just an issue only I'm dealing with?

This question is asked at least once a day, often more. Search is working, and it will answer this question, but for what it's worth the service is temporarily disabled. Jesse mentioned they might have it fixed tomorrow.WhiteRobes wrote...

As for characters not uploading, that's a problem especially with the Xbox version of the game.
