OK, so I bought the DA:O Ultimate edition for XBOX 360 and installed the game and the DLC and expansions. Everything seem to have been correctly downloaded and the DLC's that are actually a part of the game have also found their way into the game. So I have for example been able to play Wardens Keep and played around with the pranks.
However, I can for my life not figure out how I go about and start up the rest of DLC's for example. Leliannas song for example. There is no option whereever I look for "New Campaign" anywhere. I know I am a noob and very nearsighted, so can someone guide me in the right direction? Where should I look?????
Noob DLC question

There aren't (m)any Ultimate Edition owners on the tech boards; certainly not on a consistent basis.
In the normal versions, which I have, I have to go into 'New Game' in order to access any module. Have you tried checking that yet? Also it never hurts to check if the dlcs are installed properly.

In the Pc theres is an option called "Other campaigns" or something in the main menu, Darkspawn Chronicles, Golemns of Amgarrak and Lelianas Song are there in the Pc ver. dont you have an option like that.
Note: NOT "New Game", look for "Other Campaigns"

When I go into New Game and sit through the endless prologue I only get to the character creation screen...
And yes, I plyed DA:O on PC as well so Other Campaigns button was the first thing I looked for. But no :-(
I even had this brilliant idea that there were something linked to the LIVE account so I tried that too.

That's because you've chosen to start a new DAO game. What should happen, if the Ultimate Edition works in a similar way to the standalone versions that I mentioned is that the 'new game' option should allow you to choose which module you want to start. This does assume everything is installed correctly. If you clicked on 'new game' and it went to the prologue then either the content isn't installed, or they are accessed elsewhere. Currently I can't think of an alternative, so I would suggest you check those things for the time being.

Get Magna Carter, how did you get the DLC to install? I recently bought DAO:UE from Amazon. I installed both disks and registered the game to Bioware Social, but none of the DLCs are accessible for me. I choose to install them independently and XBL asks me for MS points to buy them. I do have an option to "Redeem EA Code", but the 5-digit code that came with the game doesn't work. Thanks for ANY help.

I'm not clear what your problem is so here are all the details I can offer
Note 1 - you need a suitable harddrive with sufficient memory (some people with certain slim models have reported problems)
Note 2 - You do NOT need an internet connection (I don't have one at home). But it helps with patches such as the witch hunt patch
Note 3 - It is on 2 discs marked ultimate edition disc 1 and 2 (both of these precise discs are needed)
step 1 - insert ultimate edition disc 2
step 2 - agree to mandatory upgrade and wait for it to complete (note - this is part of the installation process and will happen every time you start up disc 2)
step 3 - select required dlc (any you have not already got and have harddrive space for) and proceed with installation
step 4 - when complete remove disc 2 and insert disc 1
step 5 - press start (wait for it to check and confirm the "dlc") and then either continue an existing game or start a new one. If starting a new name use direction controls to select origin, awakening, golems, witchhunt, darkspawn or Leiliana
and that's all there is to it
