 Hi,

I am trying to buy 1600 BW points but this error message keeps coming up:
"We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one."
The details are all 100% correct. I think it might have something to do with me being from New Zealand when making the account, having an Australian credit card and living in Beijing, China. Please help me.

I'm having the same issue, but I live in Canada. Tech support chat was completely useless. I've confirmed all info with my bank. It's definitely something on the Bioware website.

Also, answers to my tech support questions are coming back in ... Swedish or something.

So the reason you're not getting help in this subforum is for physical merchandise only. There are other subforums that are more appropriate for you, including one shockingly named points.bioware.com help.
