Ok

This is the same thing that happened with Mass Effect, try as I might I
can't create an attractive female character. The presets from Bioware are not
drop dead gorgeous as in Hallie Berry, Bianca Beauchamp, Meagan Fox(not that I
find her that attractive but as an example for what I am going for) pretty. It
does make me wonder why it seems so difficult for Bioware to make a really
attractive preset female face. I mean it's a role playing game so if I am going
to be looking at this face for some 10s of hours I would like it to be a knock
out and I know I am not alone.

So given my lack of talent as a face designer and my disinterest in what
Bioware has to offer I call out to the community of gamers and ask if anyone
has a really attractive character that they would like to share. I'm not sure
if there is a  file upload option otherwise we are left with the messy
business of stating the position of the slider bars but beggars can't be
choosers so I will take either option.

And in anticipation of your comments I have in fact searched for this topics
using the keywords "sharing characters" and only two hits came up
with a grand total of 1 reply between the two. Doesn't exactly bode well for
this topic with results like that,  however it is my hope that this OP is
sufficiently witty or interesting that people will be able to assist me in my
quest for an attractive female avatar in Dragon Age: Origins. Thank you in
advance.

My current character is an elf and definitely more cute than sexy, but if she's what you're going for, you can have her morph file.

Edit: Also, if you have a celebrity that you would like recreated, I'd have a go at that.

Oh, you've got to be kidding me.

Fine, I will have a go at her, I mean creating her face, you know what I mean.

Alright, the hair options just aren't there at the moment and I couldn't quite get the skin tone, but I think the face is just about as close as can be. I used a tattoo tint to get the vibrant eyes, if you'd prefer them to be toned down I can do that.

I think I just did. So yes. Just keep reference pictures forum-appropriate, I can find the pr0n on my own, I have been known to.

The only problem I see is that I don't know if I can give a dwarf the 'stache, and I won't create The Hedgehog unless i can get the 'stache right. I have standards.

I don't have a dwarf PC or Ogrhen yet, so I can get a picture in-game unless I replace Bodhain's face or something, so I'll just post a WIP from the toolset:

Of course the hair is just impossible. I wanted a receding hairline, but that's only available on a buzz cut, and creating his distinct double chin seems impossible, but otherwise I think it's a pretty solid likeness.

Not only do you work fast, that's pretty darned close. I'm impressed.

Thanks, luckily the default dwarf really isn't too far off, so I didn't have too much work to do. Now I just have to figure out how to distribute these faces. I could just use email if only one person wants them, but if there is a wider demand, it's probably a better idea to upload them to the Nexus. I could use the increase in downloads, because apparently no one wants a scary, crazed, rather homely Morrigan mod. How can I be the only one that wants this?

Here's an in-game shot, yes that is Sandal's body (I'm sorry, Sandal):

Love hearing "Enchantment!" coming out of his mouth.

And a bonus, because I can, a screen from the romance cutscene featuring my elf PC and Leliana with the Bianca morph:

That is a mod I would gladly download.

Actually, a mod pack that turns every recurring NPC's face into a random pornstar would be funny for at least one playthrough.

With Matt Damon thrown in there as Alistair and maybe John Cleese as Loghain.

EDIT: Scratch that, Matt Damon is King Cailin. Alistair would be Paul Bettany.

Further proof that as an artist I suck. I don't get why I seem to never be able to use those damn sliders. Still twitchmoney you have my eternal thanks for creating Mrs. Beauchamp in Dragon Age: Origins. I would ask another favour, how do I upload this file into Dragon Age: Origins?

I guess I'll just upload the files to the Dragon Age Nexus, I'll edit this post when I have them uploaded, or if the thread gets more replies, I'll post it in a new one.

Oh, and Fudzie, are those all formal requests? Because I will make those morphs, don't think I won't.

Here's the link for Beauchamp, I included everything you should need for using her as Leliana, editting her further in the toolset, or making her your PC. Ron Jeremy is to follow soon:

Very good sir, I shall have them down by the morrow, should there not be any mishaps.

Ron Jeremy is up here, wait, that sounded bad. Just download him:

I have begun my work on Matt Damon:

In the toolset:

As an Alistair replacer:

Starting to think I should have added a more downward tilt to the eyes, critiques?

His jaw doesn't match Damon's face, which is a much wider with an even line from the jowl to the chin. The eyes look fine, however.

Perhaps Cailan would be a better base to work with?

You're right, the jawline does taper significantly, but the curve from the jaw to the chin needs to be addressed. Unfortunately we can't really use other characters as a base for morphs, as the format their stored in does not allow for that, so we have to use a single base mesh for all morphs. I will make that edit and see if I can get a better result.

Edit: Getting a perfectly angular jaw in the toolset seems impossible, but I think I have achieved a better result:

Much better, and now I can see the eyes better on this one. I think making the eyes bigger while keeping the spacing (if you can make them bigger, or find a shape that makes them seem wider) and the morph will work just fine.

Yeah, I really didn't give the eyes enough attention, I'm sure I'll find something that works better.

John Cleese is a no go unfortunately. The mustache isn't there, nor is the hair, and there just isn't enough wrinkle control to be able to make this happen, this is about 10 minutes of work, and while I could perhaps make it look a little better, at this point, any likeness that is going to work well should already be starting to come through and this isn't:

That's a shame, as he'd be the perfect comedic replacement for Loghain, but I can see what you mean.
