On my first playthrough of Mass Effect I did everything Emily Wong asked, fully expecting "an exclusive" afterward. Sadly this was not the case.
Then in Mass Effect 2 she just sends me an email about why I didn't come see "my favorite reporter". Meanwhile I had to punch out Al Jilani twice...
Emily Wong and I have unfinished business- you owe me this Bioware!

I vote for Joker and Kal'Reegar...though I'm conflicted on if I would want to steal Kal all to myself, he has such a crush on Tali. ;D But, alas, the Adam Baldwin fan in me must hope!

Shiala and Gianna Parasini would be the two obvious choices. Both flirt with Male Shep at least, and Shiala outright suggests hooking up once Shepard is done with his mission.
