I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this. I haven't got Legacy yet, however would I still be able to bring Fenris in my party even if he betrayed me/died in Act 3?

Nope. Not from post end savegame. If you want to take him with you you need to load savegame from before the final battle.

This applies to everyone. You can bring anyone who is visible in the character selection screen.

Yeah when you select the Legacy dlc, he might've confused it with the normal selectionscreen when you go out of your home, where the sibling will be gray in act 2 and most of 3.caradoc2000 wrote...
