Am reckoning on an attack that resembles a vacuum-Singularity which can be charged for a warp detonation

 In other words, it can pull multiple enemies into one spot, which can then be charged with explosive results

I'd go with Nova being some kind of biotic AoE explosion, possibly with a knockback element - kind of like an AoE Shockwave with more damage to it (I would hope). Whatever turns out to be, I rather like the sound of it from that tweet. I hope it's cool and exciting since I'm a card-carrying member of the Vanguard class (in fact, I may Charge into a certain author I'm ticked off at after doing some of his edits earlier).

Charge is directional so a 360 degree attack would work well if it can follow up after charging.

Charge>shotgun blast>nova>mop up downed enemies

Best guess: A (cast-able) biotic equivalent of the tech armor's blast when depleted. Will probably send enemies flying (like shockwave) on veteran and below, and be more or less as useless as shockwave on harder difficulties.

Here's hoping I'm wrong, at least about some of the above.

I hope Nova is some kind of close range, high area of effect attack because were going to need something like that to stop enemies from zerging us.

Biotic is pretty obviously (most likely) the Vanguard's new class-exclusive and like myself and others have predicted, it sounds likely that it's some sort of Biotic burst within a certain radius around the caster. Which sounds like the perfect attack for the games premiere CQC class.

Only new class exclusive power's name we're missing now seems to be the Infiltrator's. Can't wait to find out what it is and see Nova in action.

I don't think its a power, I think its an effect of combining Inferno ammo and Charge. Like maybe you spread the effect of incendiary ammo around, basically by making it explode off the target. Supernova.
