I bought a new computer with Win7. I would love to transfer DA to the new computer with all saves, ect ect. Is this possible?

Of course! There is a folder called Dragon Age with all your saved games, configuration, dlc and so on which is by default stored in document/BioWare. Copy that folder to a portable hard drive or any other removable storage solution, install the game on your new computer, patch the game to the latest patch (to avoid some problems which might occur) and lastly place the folder you copied with all it's files in document/BioWare on your new computer.
