I bought the overlord pack shortly after its release. I now want to play the game again and went online to download the dlc that I bought and saw that this pack was NOT there. Can I get some feedback on that? Has anyone else experienced that?

If you have bought it on your BioWare account it will be listed here; http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php. If it isn't listed there and you are 100% sure that you have bought it on your account I strongly recommend you to contact EA-support and ask them what to do.

Also, make sure you have logged in here with the same account you bought the DLC through. Multiple accounts cause multiple headaches. Other than that, dinria's suggestion is the best process.
