So I've been looking online for a bit and there doesn't seeme to be a mod to use the Icewnd Dale 1 GUI in any Baldur's Gate game. Does anyone know if this mod even exists?

do you maybe mean iwd2?? because iwd1 and bg gui seem like of 99% the same, aside of coloring. It is probably easy to port.

At Gibberlings 3 they have "Icewind Dale in Baldur's Gate II", this uses the Baldur's Gate II engine to run the IWD1 game.

That's the opposite of what is being asked, Ishad. If I'm reading correctly, jaxsbudgie was looking to run BG with the IWD interface.

Yus, cheers Mr Lynch. So does anyone know if such a mod exists?
I know it may be quite difficult to transfer to BG2, since there is no option to dual wield in IWD1 I believe and probably a few other things too.
I just like the way it looks to be honest.

Dual wield has nothing to do with a GUI. Export iwd1 interface, import into bg1. Done. 5 mins work. Things with mysterious names Gui-top.mos etc. All that remains is matching size and place, which shouldnt be difficult since iwd1 and bg guis are pretty much identical. unlike, say planescape:torment.

You see I wouldn't want to import it into BG1, I'd want to import into Tutu or BG2 where things like the inventory screen and laid out differently. IWD only has weapon slots for one hand, would putting a new weapon in the shield slot provide dual wielding?
