So I'm wanting to import a game with Alistair the warden, In origins there is a glitch that makes it so Alistiar is recognized as king unless he is exiled/killed. Is there anyway to do this on the 360 or am i stuck with Alistair the Drunkhard or Alistair the King

It's certainly possible to do on 360 as my latest playthrough, which I just completed a couple hours ago, had a Warden Alistair import.  I don't know what causes the glitch you mentioned, but my import was from vanilla DAO, which means it had no import flags from any DLC or Awakening.

The bug in Origins where Alistair is always recognized as King (unless exiled/killed) only glitches the dialogue and the cutscene of the speech before the final battle. The import flags should work fine with Alistair the Warden.
